The Lunch Box is a two-layer lunch box within a crate, inspired by traditional Chinese lunch box. Moving away from the original cubic form, the box obtains a new rectangular body that allows the shallow top layer to be designated for utensils and side dishes. The bottom is for dishes.

In our mordern day China, a lot of people rely on food delivery. Recently, there is a trend of packing homemade lunch to workplaces and Lunch Box is a response to the phenomenon. This project aimes to advocate the habit of bringing homemade flavers to work and not to be dependent on food deliveries.
